Notably, high-ranking security officials, including Deputy Inspector General of Police Maj. Gen Geoffrey Tumusiime Katsigazi and Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander SCP Stephen Tanui, responded to a distress call made to the OC station Bugolobi, ASP Peter Ogwang.
The body of Henry Katanga has been transported to the Mulago City Mortuary for a postmortem examination.
The deceased couple were known for their significant involvement in supplying logistic equipment to the Ministry of Defense and Veteran Affairs and the Ugandan People’s Defense Force (UPDF).
