Alien Skin, the artist famous for the hit “Sitya Danger,” has disclosed that one of the driving factors behind his contemplation of leaving the music scene this year is the accountability that accompanies being a public figure.

He expressed frustration at the necessity to be answerable for every action and decision, yearning for the freedom he enjoyed before stepping into the spotlight.

In his own words, he stated, “There is so much peace in music. I want problems always.” He humorously added, “Now, with me in music, my endeavors no longer proceed as I planned. I need that. When you’re a celebrity, there are expectations regarding your behavior. But when you’re not, you enjoy more freedom.”

Furthermore, Alien Skin hinted at considering a venture into politics and initiating a political mobilization platform for his future ambitions.

In July, Alien Skin first raised the prospect of leaving the music industry by the end of this year to explore other endeavors.

He shared this intention via social media and expressed that the music industry was not all fun and games.

In a recent update earlier this month, he dropped the word “might” from his statement and affirmed, “I’m quitting music in December.”

The artist’s decision reflects his desire for a different path where he can embrace freedom and evade the accountability that comes with public recognition.
