A Rwandan version of Tom Voltaire Okwalinga (TVO) has released shocking details of how Kagame has been able to cling to power and harass his political opponents who die mysteriously.
According to RPF Gwakerere Kagame uses Harerimana as his errand boy in recruiting Witch doctors from India, Zanzibar and West African countries including Mali, Senegal and others.
Musa Fazil Harerimana, as a minister, he was a super minister and when Paul Kagame reshuffled his government in October 2016, Musa Fazil Harerimana was sidelined and his ministry of Internal Security was also deleted and its civil servants merged with the minister of defence.
According to Gwakerere this wasn’t a normal sidelining, Paul Kagame wanted Musa Fazil Harerimana to run full time another job he was doing for him. In Rwanda, especially within the government and security circles, it’s know that Musa Fazil Harerimana is in charge of looking witchcraft dictators for Paul Kagame.
For years, Fazil Harerimana has travelled throughout Africa in such of witchcraft doctors on behalf of Kagame.
Musa Fazil Harerimana is mentioned as a regular visitor of many West African Countries from Mali to Senegal, from Cameroon to Nigeria, from the savannah of Burkina Faso to jungles of Cote d’Ivoire, both in such of witchcraft doctors for Rwanda’s Kagame.
In East Africa, Tanzania and the Island of Zanzibar in particular has been regular spot points for Harerimana in such of witchcraft doctors.
As the 2017 Rwandan sham elections were approaching, the post mentions that Paul Kagame needed his errand boy to do his witchcraft doctor recruitment assignment on full time. To Kagame, 2017 was a crucial political corner for him. And he needed blessing from Africa’s best witchcraft doctors.

Gwakere further accusses Kagame of giving protection to Fazil though many genocide victims have brought conclusive evidence against him concerning his brutal participation in the Rwandan genocide
