Hot Seat: Muhammad Nsereko forces P.M Rugunda to run away from parliament

In his submission on the floor of parliament yesterday,
Nsereko Mohammad who is the K’la central Mp tasked the  Rt.Hon.Prime minister to among other things respond to;

1.How govt is going to intervene on the PWD as regards the presidential directive of walking to the supermarkets.Are they going to be lifted to or they are expected to CRAWL to the supermarkets???

2.Why security operatives are harassing and battering ugandans especially the LDUs????

3a).How govt is going to intervene on the commercial landlords who have issued rent due notices to their tenants even in this lockdown???

3b)How is govt going to intervene on the utility companies esp.Umeme  who even during this time of lockdown are issuing electricity bills to ugandans.

In Response,the Rt. Hon.prime minister said “I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW WITH A MORE INFORMED RESPONSE”…
