SAD NEWS: Deputy Government Spokesperson Col Shaban Bantariza is dead.
Government is yet to release an official statement in regards to this unfortunate incident
But according to the UPDF Spokesperson Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso, Bantariza died at Mulago national referral hospital where he was admitted on Sunday.
Government Spokesperson Ofwono Opondo has also confirmed that the deceased died of hypertension.
May the good Lord comfort the family, security institutions, NRM supporters and Ugandans at large.
