Prominent FDC boss’s son killed and body dumped in the bush

Forum for democratic party elders has called for fresh investigations into the death of Ronald Sebunya a son to Salongo Sam the secretary for elders in FDC party.

Sebunya is believed to have gone missing last week from their residential area Mukono and ever since a search for his where about has been ongoing though on a lazy scale.

Sebunya’sfather believes that his boy was kidnapped along the way by unknown people who robbed all the 15 million he had on him which was meant to pay the suppliers, later on, killed and dumped his body on Friday in the bushes.

According to family burial preparariton, the deceased will be buried on Monday in Kiwoko, Nakaseke District.

Mukono Police has embarked on an investigation to arrest those who were involved in the kidnap and killing of Robert.

Forum for Democratic Change Deputy Secretary General in charge of administration Kaija Harold condemned the brutal murder.

“On a sad note, bloodsuckers murdered Ronald Sebunya son of Salongo Sam Kalule the Secretary for Elders in FDC. He was kidnapped by people suspected to be known to him, they killed him and took 15M which he had,” Kaija said.

“Our condolences to Salongo Kalule. Just last year we buried two of his children who died of natural causes. I know this is too much on him. As always, we will stand with him,” he added.

A number of kidnaps have been ongoing on, though no official report has been given by the Uganda Police force. This week Bobi wine posted on his page showing his grievances on people power candidate who went missing and no report has been issued by the police.
