Kitara FC produced a dominant performance to defeat Express FC 3-0 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup, advancing to the semi-final stage of the prestigious domestic competition. The victory showcased Kitara’s attacking prowess and solid defense.

Match Highlights

Kitara controlled the game from start to finish, with Express unable to mount an effective challenge. The three goals came through clinical finishing and well-executed team play, demonstrating Kitara’s quality on the day.

Express, despite their efforts, struggled to create clear-cut scoring opportunities and conceded soft goals that put them out of contention early in the match. The scoreline ultimately reflected the difference in performance between the two teams.

Road to the Semi-Finals

With this victory, Kitara has progressed further in the Stanbic Uganda Cup, one of the most competitive domestic competitions in East African football. The semi-final stage promises exciting matchups as the top teams battle for a spot in the final.

Kitara’s performance suggests they have the quality to challenge for the trophy. Their ability to maintain attacking momentum while keeping a solid defense will be crucial in the upcoming rounds.

Looking Ahead

Kitara’s next challenge will be in the semi-final, where they will face another strong opponent. The team will look to maintain their current form and consistency as they chase silverware this season.
