“Be strong coz NRM won’t survive this time” -Besigye writes to Bobi

Four times presidential candidate Kizza Besigye the strong man of Forum for Democratic Change penned an emotional letter to the incinerated Kyadondo East member of parliament Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu commonly known as Ghetto President.

Bobi Wine, together with a group of other activists, last year, held a demonstration in downtown Kampala against the Shs 200 excise duty for use of Over the Top (OTT) services (commonly known as social media tax), saying it was unfair since Ugandans were already paying for taxes on airtime.

Bobi Wine, then managed to evade arrest when he disguised himself and jumped on a random boda boda straight to parliament where MPs enjoy immunity from arrest.

In his twitter message the former presidential candidate informed bobi wine to be strong and endure all because the NRM regime is on its sunset.

“As we were facing blatant injustice in Kasese, my brother Bobi Wine was again facing NRM/M7 Junta persecution. It’s an attempt to break an Activists spirit. They don’t know that it’s the fire that hardens an Activist! Be strong brother. We shall overcome!” Besigye commented via his twitter handle.

Bobi wine is expected to aappear before the court today at 10am to apply for his bail papers. People power movement has called upon more than two million Ugandans to attend the court session and march to city square.
