How Uganda got Humiliated by Rwanda in the New signed MoU of Luada

The low energy agreement that was signed by Kagame and M7 in Luanda Angola, has collapsed before it could achieve even a single step of implementation.

The memorandum of understanding was a result of pressure from DRC and Angola and to a greater extent a trap by Kagame to have Museveni admit that there were Rwandan rebels in Uganda and that Rwandan citizens were being illegally detained by Ugandan security forces, a trap that M7 fell into with so much ease.

The winner was Rwanda and Kagame, and they immediately went into action to reap the benefits of this M7 confession by demanding the release of their citizens held in Uganda before even the issue of normalizing the border is discussed.

Uganda has refused to release these people because most of them have been tortured in safe houses, and it fears the shame it will cause.

When Uganda refused to release these people Rwanda closed the border again and went out to warn its citizens again to avoid traveling to Uganda.

The two hostile countries also targeted news websites of each other that are deemed hostile to the other and blocked them.

The new vision was blocked in Rwanda after the peace jokes were signed and Uganda retaliated by blocking The Rwanda New Times.

Last month, while responding to claims by Rwanda that Uganda was arresting its citizens, Ofwono noted that security was only hunting for criminal elements and that it did not matter which country or tribe one came from.
