The picture below is of a daughter to Hon Kabugo Abudul Mugendawala the Lwengo District Councillor representing Ndaggwe Sub County and a popular NRM talk show panelist in Greater Masaka and Buganda TV and Radio stations.
Mr Mugendawala who doubles as the Kirimya Vocational and Secondary director said that when Nakafeero did not return home, he thought she was at her uncle’s place in Masaka town until he received a call at midnight demanding for Shs11 million as ransom for his daughter.
“The following day I reported the matter to Masaka Central Police station but they asked for facilitation to investigate and track my missing daughter. It has been hard to trace for the kidnappers,” Mr Mugendawala said.
She was kidnapped from Kirimya in Rakai as she left school and the kidnappers asked for 11 million which Kabugo couldn’t raise in the short time given to him. The matter was reported at CPS Masaka.
He then received a call yesterday that they had killed her and then wanted 5 million to direct him to where to find the body for burial.
